.Echo and the Bunnymen to Play Mountain Winery

Since their debut in 1980, Liverpool’s Echo and the Bunnymen have been making their mark on the sound of rock music. First, they influenced the UK as new wave, then America via indie rock. Now, they’re part of the great blender of sound that is 2020s pop music. By now, the band’s vulnerable rocking has soundtracked generations of lovers—starcrossed, unrequited or otherwise! Founding singer and guitarist Ian McCullough and Will Sergeant carry the band these days, along with their talented touring band, still doing justice to post-punk classics like “The Cutter,” “Killing Moon” and “Lips Like Sugar.”
