A good friend introduced me to you nearly 25 years ago. At first you appeared like any other of your type, but what you had to say and how you said it stuck to me. When you left the gang and went on your own I grew closer. I admired your viewpoint and how you displayed it. I was sold completely. I followed you ever since, you’ve become part of my life. Only to wake up one recent morning to find you took yours. I was sad and confused, you seemed to be a normal guy, nice family, a career of careers. But then your wife said you had bouts of depression and took Ativan as a “solution.” She said the night you took your life you weren’t yourself, you were slurring. It wasn’t you. That makes sense. I’m sorry you had to go, but thank you for what you did for me and millions of others. Say Hello 2 Heaven for me, Mr. Cornell.
