It’s summertime and music is in the air. This weekend, San Jose Jazz celebrates its 32nd anniversary of the San Jose Jazz Summer Fest downtown. This year’s celebration is a three-day festival with 12 stages across Plaza de Cesar Chavez, with headliners including globally renowned musicians Lee Fields, Charlie Wilson and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. On top of a ton of jazz musicians and groups, the festival will also feature DJ sets, a film titled America’s Musical Journey (at the Tech Interactive Stage) and thought-provoking conversations between musicians.
