2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was a game-changing cinematic event that blended different types of art to create a moving comic book. It follows Miles Morales, the teenage Spider-Man of Earth 1610, as he gains his superpowers only to realize he’s only one Spider-Man in a multiverse–er, Spider-Verse–of friendly neighborhood web slingers. Hailed by fans and critics alike as one of the best Spider-Man, and Marvel, movies in the franchises’ histories, its soundtrack was also a breakout hit. Originally it debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 and eventually hit number two, partially thanks to the Post Malone hit track, “Sunflower.” This Monday’s performance of the acclaimed film is set to a live orchestra and DJ for an immersive experience that might be the closest anyone will come to doing what a spider can.
