If one knows, one knows. The Silicon Valley Tech Roast is one of those things that, like orange sauce and burnt almond cake, remains elusive until experienced. It is, as the title suggests, a roast, meaning a well-deserved comedic lashing-out at some of the Valley’s most glittered glitterati and technocratic tech-lebrities as they squirm in their extremely comfortable seats (it is the CPA, after all; there’s not a bad seat in the house). When selling season tickets, the theater boasts that this is one of their most well-anticipated and attended events. Plus, Elon jokes. (LP)
