Stand-up comedy might be one of the hardest professions in entertainment; there’s usually only a handful of household names. Amateur and seasoned comedians give 5 to 30-minute routines that took them days, months and sometimes years to perfect. And then there are comedians like Ian Fidance, who make it look so natural that one has to assume part of his charm comes from fast, on-the-fly thinking, which might make some consider whether they have ADHD. His routine mixes diving deep into his personal life with the existential relief that nothing matters, so let’s get weird. Fidance will be at the famed comedy club through Sunday, so weekend partiers can still get their laughs in.
