Steep Canyon Rangers is an American bluegrass band hailing from North Carolina that’s been playing for nearly a quarter of a century, managing in that time to put out 14 fantastic albums, one of which won a Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album. They’ve also been inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame and, oh, they regularly collaborate with an actor who used to work at Disneyland and who once dabbled in stand-up, some guy named Steve Martin (not to be confused with the legal intrigue author Steve Martini). Yeah, those guys are bringing their Appalachian sounds to Menlo Park.
