Miriah Avila was destined to be a soul singer. Her love for music began early, singing along at six to her grandmother’s favorite mariachi and ranchera music. However, Avila found a new passion when she discovered soul, R&B and oldies classics. After singing for the pop band Hawaii and Southern California’s musically diverse Suavé, she decided to focus on her solo career and see where her voice could take her. Turns out pretty far. In 2019, her debut album, You in Love Again, was one of the most-played albums on YouTube. With openers Thee Illusions and Adrian Carmine, it’ll be a night that celebrates love, loss and culture.
