Viewing one performance of Greek Mythology Olympiaganza will give you the lowdown on every character and character arc in the Greek pantheon. Written by Don Zolidis, the quasi-play and game show centers around two narrators attempting to break down the entirety of Greek mythology in a single night. As they survey the mythic history, the narrators depict classic creation stories like Pandora’s Box and Cronos, the god of time, using cross-dressing, audience participation and general insanity. There’s even a five-minute crash course in Homer’s epic The Iliad. It’s fast-paced, absurd and goes utterly wild without completely going off the rails.
