An immersive experience in the glass and clay arts returns to the Palo Alto Art Center as 100 juried artists show their work. Free and with food trucks, this event is an opportunity to buy handmade art and functional dishware directly from the artists. A quick perusal of the festival website yields a list of artists and their social media pages, which offer a sneak peek at some of the items that will be available, everything from delicately blown glass pieces to large sculptures, as well as That Coffee Mug That Is Everyone’s Favorite. Wheel-thrown, mouth-blown, hand-scored, glazed and fired—it will all be there.
