A veteran of hundreds of live shows before turning 20, Bay Area guitarist Anthony Arya got his first big break at age 15 as a contestant on The Voice. Since then, he has released three albums. With a sound that bridges rock and Americana, Arya makes music informed by Beat-era poets, Bob Dylan and sociopolitical awareness. Arya’s bluesy “Ballad of Eugene” won him finalist status in the International Songwriting Competition and the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival Blues Challenge. Cut live in the studio, Arya’s fourth album is complete and scheduled for release in November.
