The best thing about a venue like Rooster T. Feathers? It’s a great place to see up-and-coming comedians on their rise to fame or big-name headliners on their descent back from the stars. Luckily for Seattle comedian Bo Johnson, he’s part of the former category. His brand of unexpected comedy comes from a smooth, mellow, NPR-style voice that hits the audience with jokes about his massage therapist parents, destroying any chance he has of having a good show or his hilarious crowd work. Johnson has a four-night residency at the club with fellow funny rising comedians Mayce Galoni and Jalisa Robinson.
