Read this quickly, then sprint to the Internet or phone, and see if you can snag a reservation. Because chef Mateo Granados' Missing Link Kitchen dinners have returned, and he's hosting the first one tomorrow night (that's Thursday, July 26, for all you loyal Boho readers who, of course, have snatched this up hot off the presses and straight from the Wednesday newsstand, as we know you always do).

The Missing Link dinners are invitation-only events that Granados has hosted this past year, multicourse feasts showcasing his modern Yucatán cuisine, fine NorCal wines and the bonus of watching him cook it all in the tiny kitchen of the small clubhouse at Healdsburg's Tayman Park golf course. The events went on hiatus this spring so Granados could focus on his expanding Sonoma farmers market operations (he's the guy with the amazing tamales, gourmet market breakfasts and the newly introduced, luscious fish tacos). We weren't sure if the dinners were coming back.

But lucky us. This meal will be extra special as a tribute to Granados' dear mama, Delmi, who recently visited from northern Mexico and shared more of her cooking secrets with her beloved son.

Here's the menu: papadzul (Yucatán pumpkin seed dip with corn tostada); tiger prawn ceviche with Redwood Empire Armenian cucumber and pumpkin-seed cracker; grilled Black Sheep pork chop marinated in achiote adobo served over Soda Rock tomato salad in natural jus; and Yucatán-style dulce de pan with cinnamon raisins and Dry Creek peach ice cream.

Missing Link Kitchen dinners are still invitation-only (limited to 60 "insiders" per dinner), but consider this your Boho lottery ticket. Begin with cocktails and bocadillos at 5pm, dinner from 6pm to 9pm; cost is a pittance at just $48. Reservations: 707.433.2338 or [email protected].
