Joe List’s comedy in the last 20 years is more than a little self-deprecating. From “So Far No Good” to “I Hate Myself,” the Massachusetts-bred comedian has pioneered new levels of self-loathing, but happily brings a weekend of shows to the Improv this weekend. Since starting his comedy career, List has appeared on many late night shows, from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, to The Late Show with David Letterman to Conan. He was also a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and has a half-hour comedy special on Comedy Central. More recently, he co-wrote and starred in Fourth of July, directed and produced by Louis C.K.
