Before Tim Wu became known as Elephante, the LA-based DJ and producer (whose 2018 EP Glass Mansion shot to #1 on iTunes’ US Dance chart) was a Harvard grad from Ann Arbor working as an economics consultant. After he left to pursue music full time, he built a fan base for his house and pop production repertoire, easing melodic bass lines into well-timed drops that immediately gratify any listener. His latest singles include “Right Before Our Eyes,” featuring Mark Tuan from K-pop group Got7, and “Leave the Ground,” a duet ballad with singer Amber Liu, whom he met playing in a Valorant tournament.
