Pop psychologists report “Jingle Bell Rock” alone is responsible for over a million cases of DSCM (Department Store Cashier Meltdown) disorder each year. Blues guitar legend Elvin Bishop’s Big Fun Trio (also featuring guitarist/pianist Bob Welch and percussionist/vocalist Willy Jordan) is coming to town with a mission of reclaiming the jingly music for the masses and making it jolly again with an intimate holiday show. Club Fox has pared down the number of seats to make room for a dance floor, so revelers should come ready to cut a rug.
