Pianist, composer and lecturer at SJSU Jon Dryden regularly tours New York City, Northern California and Europe. While Dryden works primarily in the jazz idiom, he has lent his artistry to the work of significant names, including Norah Jones, Lenny White, David Byrne and Questlove. Dryden composed and recorded the music for hundreds of pieces, including the soundtrack of Michael Moore’s Capitalism: A Love Story. This performance is part of SJZ Break Room’s ongoing New Works Fest, featuring Bay Area artists in electronic music, blues, jazz, R&B and soul.
