Drummer Julien Cantelm, bassist Justin Grinnell, pianist Danny Green and gospel singer Leonard Patton make up LP And The Vinyl. The Sentinel declares them “a group worthy of special attention,” and they know what they’re talking about. This is one virtuosic quartet, with each member bringing a range of influences, from ’80s rock to Brazilian folk. LP released their debut album, Heard and Seen, in April 2020 and have toured extensively since. Stevie Wonder, the Beatles, David Bowie and many more get the jazz treatment in their hands, and old jazz standards are refurbished.

There, she is a Teaching Associate as well as the lead poetry editor of Reed Magazine, California's oldest literary journal. She also surfs, sings and loves a part-sheepdog named Lou.
