.Madeon Plays With San Holo and Young Franco

Just because summer’s over, it doesn’t mean the dancing has to end. This weekend, DJ and producer Madeon brings his infectious electropop to Stanford. At age 17 in 2011, he lit up the scene with “Pop Culture,” his live mashup of 39 hits crafted with a Novation Launchpad he’d bought earlier that day. Since then, the innovative musician has moved to LA from his home in Nantes, France, and collaborated with stars from Lady Gaga to Coldplay. Nominated for the 2021 Best Electronic Album Grammy, his latest album Good Faith has many feeling that the dance parties are just starting.
