5 Things to Love
Great Summer Drinks
By Stett Holbrook
ONE OF the great things about summer is that you get to drink special, thirst-quenching beverages. Here are five classics.
Caipirinha: Mojitos are good, but too trendy. Order the Brazilian version and impress your date with your savvy cocktail know-how.
Greyhound: Vodka and enough grapefruit juice that it's almost healthy.
Margarita: On the rocks, with just Cointreau, lime juice and a good blanco tequila, is the way to go.
Mint julep: It's not just for the Kentucky Derby anymore.
Shandy: Beer and lemonade. A good afternoon beverage.
