Four San Jose bands come together this Monday for a night of punk rock fun. Each of the performers began hitting the stage with their current lineups within the last three years, and they bring a unique flavor to the local scene. Headliners Natasha Sandworms’ 2022 album No Magic draws from pop-punk groups of the 2000s, sounding like the love-child of Best Coast and Wavves. Opener Colonel Macabre brings a twinge of folk to their sound, with banjo, melodica and kazoo taking the stage on digital album Five Sorrows. Industrial/noise duo Belle launches the show, with spoken word from Saffron and Poetry to follow.
