Known as one of the biggest faces of the current hyphy movement, Bay Area producer P-Lo is about to take Sunnyvale to new heights. Co-founder of the Bay Area hip-hop collective HBK Gang, P-Lo’s sound can be described as a modern take on the iconic sounds of Mac Dre, E-40 and Too Short. P-Lo has also released many hits over the years such as Same Squad, Good, and his breakout single “Put Me on Somethin’ ft. E-40,” all of which have become staple party anthems in the Bay. But in addition to his role as a rapper, he’s also produced for some of the biggest names in hip hop today, including Yo Gotti, Wiz Khalifa, Larry June and Stunna. This Friday, he brings all his Bay Area energy to Sunnyvale.
