[whitespace] Don't Sweat Sweating

Believe it or not, there are ways to get exercise without dredging up every last ounce of willpower and force. Sweat can break without your even noticing it while you're actually having fun. For most people, this won't happen stepping on and off a box of plastic 5,000 times, or running in place while staring at the exact same spot. It's pretty hard even while running around the neighborhood, or even in the hills. For the aerobically unmotivated, try instead doing something that involves learning and moving at the same time. Dance classes, Tae Kwon Do, yoga and karate are all offered at community colleges. Busy learning moves and techniques, students don't even realize they've gotten a workout until the whole thing is over. If classes seem too dorky, try joining the community volleyball, soccer or basketball league. Fear not, skill requirements are minimal. And as anyone who's the slightest bit competitive knows, physical exertion is the last thing on a player's mind during a close game. Friends and family can also root from the sidelines.
