5 Great Songs About Food

LOVE AND HEARTBREAK are the subject matter of choice for most songwriters, but food and eating are equally celebrated in music. Here are five tasty numbers.

'Anarchy Burger (Hold the Government)' by The Vandals. OK, it's not exactly about food, but it's a good song.

'Do Fries Go With That Shake' by George Clinton. A food song with a little innuendo on the side.

'Homegrown Tomatoes' by Guy Clark. There's nothing like 'em.

'More Beer' by Fear. Beer is food, you know. It's good for you and so is Fear.

'Taco Wagon' by Dick Dale. A surf song about taco trucks. What more could you ask for?
