This year's epic metal-music festival spearheaded by Ozzy Osbourne features Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie, Deftones, Slayer, Primus, Godsmack, Static X, Fear Factory, System of a Down, Puya, Flashpoint, Slipknot and Pushmonkey. This could be Sabbath's last tour. I've always thought the Ramones' appearance belied their catchy, dare I say poppy, brand of punk rock. Scrawny, grimy tattooed rock stars with greasy hair and black leathers that look like they haven't been cleaned in years bouncing around singing "oh no uh oh oh oh/wham bam bam bam"--you catch my drift? Regardless, this pioneer outfit has always been synonymous with punk rock (that being old-school punk rock).
