Children, teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds came to the San Jose Museum of Art on Nov. 1, for Community Day: El dia de los Muertos—a celebration of the traditional Mexican holiday honoring family, friends and loved ones who have passed on. The celebration featured mariachi music, traditional dances, the decorating of sugar skulls and other Day of the Dead-related crafts and activities.
