It’s that time of year again. San Jose Jazz has just announced its Summer Fest 2024 lineup. This year looks like it’s going to be a blast.
There are some strong headliners, including The Family Stone, who released huge psych-funk hits like “Dance To The Music” and “I Want To Take You Higher.” Jazz icon Herbie Hancock, who brought record scratching to the mainstream with his ’80s hit “Rockit,” will also play the festival.
Other incredible acts playing at the festival include Lucía Gutiérrez Rebolloso, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Jorge Luis Pacheco Trio and Jane Monheit. Local Bay Area musicians will be present as well, including Huney Knuckles, The Dynamic Miss Faye Carol and others.
