Considered one of the most famous stories ever written, The Hound of the Baskervilles by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle is the third part in his four-book series starring the most famous detective in history, Sherlock Holmes. Inspired by the local folklore of squire Richard Cabell of Brook Hall, Hound sees the return of Holmes eight years after the author killed him off. The Santa Clara Players adaptation of the story uses Tim Kelly’s critically acclaimed 1976 play. Runs through Oct. 26.
