El Camino Real, Mountain View 650.969.2098 Hours: Mon-Fri noon-2am, Sat-Sun 10am-2am (happy hour is 3-6pm every day) Crowd Age: 20-50 Music: Karaoke on Mon, Wed, Fri-Sat 8.30pm-2am Decor: Neighborhood bar with a hint of tavern and a little sports bar, too, plus a suit of armor displayed behind the bar Signature Drink: Michelle's Special (the owner's frothy concoction of blended Bailey's, butterscotch schnapps, Malibu rum and a cherry on top) Dancing: There's room to two-step, but not much. Games/Amenities: Pool, darts, pinball, video games, big screen TV, Lotto If it looks like the brightly lit pool table in the middle of the bar is a kind of centerpiece, that's because it is. Office Bar boasts some of the best pool players around, and their trophies, won in local league play, are prominently displayed as proof. It may not look like much from the outside, wedged between a dry cleaners and a computer shop in a small strip mall off the El Camino, but inside is a friendly neighborhood bar where middle-aged karaoke divas warble away to the presumable delight of younger techies. It's a place where it's easy to relax after a day at the office by kicking back in one of the red Naugahyde chairs under an inflated Nascar with a bottle of Bud. And speaking of the office, the name is an old gag that make it easy for boozehounds to joke that they're going to work when they're really going to "the office."
