Readers on Parade After slogging through the 300th ballot with indecipherable handwriting and/or spelling ("What does this say? Blockbaster? Gordin Beers?") it's a real relief to run into a ballot like that sent in by Carol Balisi, of San Jose. Ms. Balisi's ballot was a paragon of all-caps readability, and to thank her, we'll be sending her out to deener--er, dinner. Thanks, too, to the many people who sent in clever answers--"Best Place to Meet New People? Maternity Ward"; "Best Religious Leader? God." They seemed really, really funny to us at the time.
